摘  要:目的 探讨在高原服用银杏叶片对移居青年PWC170的影响。方法 将进驻海拔3700m半年的20名青年随机分为两组,每组10人。对照组口服自制炒面胶囊,每次2粒,每天2次;实验组口服银杏叶片,每次2片,每天2次。在服药前、服药15天后两组分别用EGM型踏车功量计做坐位踏车运动,初始负荷运动功率25W,每3min递增25W,以60rpm连续踏车直至力竭。用直线回归法计算每位受试者运动心率达170次/min时机体所做的功(PWC170)。结果 实验组服药前后PWC170分别为217.63±20.05,248.57±18.42,差异非常显著(P<0.01)。结论 服用银杏叶片能明显提高高原移居青年的体力作业效率。To explore the impacts of taking ginkgo biloba on work efficiency among young migrants at high altitude. Methods 20 young man,who have migrated to an altitude at 3700m for 6 months, were randomly selected and divided into study and control groups by taking ginkgo and placebo 2 tablets twice per day. The EMG-bicycle exercise tests were asked before and after medication for 15dayes by providing loading exercise index from 25W per 3 min of 60rpm to exhaustion. And their work efficiencies (PWC170)when the heart rates reach to 170/min were measured. Results The PWC170 in study group(taking ginkgo before and after) was significantly(217 ± 20. 05 vs 248.57 ± 18.42 P<0. 01). Conclusion Taking ginkgo would improve the work efficiency significantly at high altitude
