摘　　要：通过Lyocell/棉织物冷堆前处理过程中对烧碱及双氧水浓度的选优,试验了不同浓度的组合对Lyocell/棉织物半制品和成品等各种物理及化学性能的影响。研究结果表明,用烧碱50g/L,双氧水15g/L,稳定剂8.0g/L,渗透剂1.0%,煮练剂5.0g/L,轧余率85%进行处理,其织物的断裂强力和撕破强力可满足服用要求,白度和毛效达到染色半制品要求。Concentrations of caustic soda and peroxide hydrogen are optimized in the cold pad-batch process of Lyocell/cotton blended fabric; effects of different concentration combination on the various physical and chemical properties of semi product and end product are analyzed. The results show that the blended fabric treated with 50g/L caustic soda, 15g/L peroxide hydrogen, 8.0g/L stabilizer, 1.0% penetrant, 5.0g/L scouring agent and 85% pick-up features satisfactory tearing and tensile strength, satisfied whiteness and capillary effect for dyeing.
