摘　　要：介绍了20MnSi采用控轧控冷工艺,不添加Nb,V,Ti等微合金化元素,生产Φ8mm和Φ10mmHRB400螺纹盘条。盘条具有良好的综合性能,产品质量符合GB1499-1998标准要求。By using controlled rolling and cooling technology for 20MnSi and no added trace elements such as Nb,V,Ti and so on,HRB400 Ribbed steel wire rod of Φ8 mm and Φ10 mm are produced.Its have good comprehensive properties.Meanwhile,product quality accords with the demands of GB1499-1998 standard.
