摘　　要：介绍了上安电厂1.15母线跳闸事故的过程、事故原因及处理方案的制定,分析了事故中暴露的问题及应吸取的教训,对网厂分开后应如何加强网厂合作、提高电网安全运行水平提出了建议。This paper introduces the process of January 15 busbar tripping accident in Shangan Power Plant, its causes, and the establishment of treatment procedure. The problems exposed in the accident and the lessons have to be learned from it are also analyzed. Some suggestions concerning enhancing cooperation between power plant and power network uplifting the safe level after their management separation are proposed.
