摘　　要：目的:研究腹腔镜手术时间对机体应激和免疫功能的影响.方法:选择2002年9月至2003年3月所行腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)59例,按手术时间分为3组,手术时间≤30min为A组共16例,30～60min为B组共26例,＞60min为C组共17例.分别测定手术前及手术后第2天应激指标:C-反应蛋白(CRP)、静脉血糖(BG)、白介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞计数(WBC)、中性粒细胞比例(NEUT)和免疫指标:免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgM、补体C3、C4.结果:不同时间组的腹腔镜胆囊切除术术后各应激和免疫指标之间差异无显著性(P＞0.05).结论:腹腔镜胆囊切除手术时间对机体应激和免疫功能的影响甚微.Objective: To study the effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy of different time on stress and immune function in patients.Methods: Fiftynine patients were selected to undergo laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) from Sept,2002 to Mar,2003. Patients were devided into 3 groups, 16 patients belong to A group (operative time was less than 30 minutes), 26 patients belong to B group (operative time was from 30 to 60 minutes), 17 patients belong to C group (operative time exceed 60 minutes) All patients′ blood was sampled to measure stress targets (CRP, Glu, IL6, WBC, NEUT) and immune targets (IgA, IgG, IgM, complement C 3,C 4) before operation and the second morning after operation.Results: The targets of stress and immune in different groups devided by operative time of LC were not different significantly (P>0.05) by analysis of variance. Conclusions:Operative time of LC effect stress and immune function faintly.
