摘　　要：参考咨询服务是图书馆的一项核心业务工作。近几年来,随着计算机网络、光纤通讯、多媒体等现代信息技术在图书馆的应用,参考咨询服务在服务模式、工作方法、参考资源等方面发生了巨大的变化。新建本科院校图书馆正好借助学校改制的契机,加强图书馆参考咨询服务工作,以适应新形势的挑战。Reference service is a key vocational work in the libraries. In recent years, with the application of the modem information technology in the libraries such as computer network, optical - fibred communications, multimedia, reference service changes enormously in service mode, working method, consulting resources, etc. The libraries of newly - built universities and colleges should take advantage of the opportune that the school strengthens reform of system, to enhance libraries reference service work in order to adapt to the challenge of the new situation.
