摘　　要：目的:检测CD4 4v6mRNA和HSP70mRNA在胃癌组织中的表达,探讨CD4 4v6mRNA和HSP70mRNA在胃癌发生发展中的作用。方法:利用核酸原位杂交技术对39例胃癌组织进行检测。结果:CD4 4v6mRNA和HSP70mRNA在胃癌组织表达的阳性率都为6 1.5 4% (2 4 / 39) ,CD4 4v6mRNA和HSP70mRNA在高分化管状腺癌与低分化管状腺癌中的表达都有显著性差异(P <0 .0 5 ) ,但HSP70mRNA在胃癌组织的表达与性别、年龄、浸润深度及淋巴结有无转移都无关(P >0 .0 5 ) ,而CD4 4v6mRNA与淋巴结有无转移有关(P <0 .0 5 )。结论:CD4 4v6mRNA和HSP70mRNA在胃癌组织都有较高的表达,两者均可作为评估胃癌预后的指标。Objective: To study the expression of CD44v6mRNA and HSP70mRNA and explore its effect on the nephrogenesis and development of humangastric carcinoma. Methods: The expression of CD44v6mRNA and HSP70mRNA in 39 cases of gastric carcinoma were detected by in situhybridization method. Results: The positive expression rates of CD44v6mRNA and HSP70mRNA in gastric carcinoma were 52.78%(19/36). There was a significant statistic difference between the expression of HSP70mRNA in well-differentiated adenocarinoma and moderately and poorly-differentiated adenocarinoma(P<0.05). But the positive rate of CD44v6mRNA and HSP70mRNA were not related to age, sex, invasive depth and lymphnode metastases(P>0.05), the positive rate of CD44v6mRNA wasrelated to the lymphnode metastases(P<0.05). Conclusion: CD44v6mRNA and HSP70mRNA had high expression rates in the tissue of gastric carcinoma. Combining the detection of the expression of these two mRNA might serve as an important index to evaluate prognosis of gastric carcinoma.
