摘　　要：针对政府机关的实际需求,提出了实用的政府办公自动化(OA)系统整体设计与实现方案。从网络建设及功能设计的角度提出了系统集成设计原则。依据该原则,对系统的网络基础及主干进行了合理配置,分别从主机安全、数据安全、网络安全角度提出了网络安全防护技术;根据用户需求对系统进行了功能上的划分;介绍了其系统实现平台的选用,并提出了公文流转控制、痕迹保留等几项有特色的典型实现技术。Based on the real demand of government, a scheme of design and implementation for the office automation (OA) system for government is presented. Firstly, from the standpoint of network construction and function realization, the principle of design of system integration is proposed, then in term of this, the foundation and trunk main of network are appropriately configured , at the same time from the views of host security , data security and network security , the technique of guard of network is proposed. Secondly, the system is divided according to function realization to meet the demand of government. Finally, the platform of implementation is intro- duced , additionally some typical techniques of implementation such as the control of document process and conservation of mark are also proposed.
