摘　　要：为了适应办公自动化系统的发展和中国办公流程特点,并将办公自动化系统中的公文流转功能设计为一个核心的工作流系统,根据办公环境中流程特点,基于一种工作流定义模型设计了工作流系统,并针对特殊工作流和工作流进化问题,提出了有效和易于实现的解决方案。通过将传统工作流系统和特殊工流系统相结合,实现了办公自动化系统中流程的灵活执行和管理。According to the development of the office automation system and the properties of Chinese office processes, and treating the processes of the papers as a core of the office automation system, a workflow system based on the workflow definition model to the features of the processes in the office is designed. And the effective solutions are proposed that are easy to be implemented to the ad hoc workflow handling and workflow evolution. With the combination of the traditional and the ad hoc workflow system, the flexible execution and management of processes of the office automation system are fulfilled.
