摘 要:采用电液比例溢流阀作吊机系统压力控制元件,与线性线绕式电位器和凸轮构成的角位移传感器一起组成吊机过载保护开环控制系统。根据吊臂变幅角度α与吊机起吊能力M的对应关系,由凸轮机构按一定函数关系将角位移(即变幅角)信号转换为线位移作为线性电位器的输入信号,并由电位器转换为相应电压信号输出至电子放大器,再经电子放大器提供给电液比例溢流阀一适量电流信号,最终控制吊机系统压力跟随吊臂变幅角度作相应调节,起到过载保护作用。设计的关键在于通过计算和试验预先确定凸轮轮廓曲线函数,达到以角位移作为开环系统输入控制系统压力的目的。试验结果表明,液压静力压桩机吊机过载保护系统可以较好地解决吊机施工过程中可能出现的过载问题。In combination with a linear wire wound potentiometer and a cam-actuated angle displacement sensor, a hydro-electric proportional relief valve is used as pressure controlling element of hoist system to compose an open loop control system for overload protection. According to the relationship between luffing angle α of hoisting boom and capability M of the hoist mechanism, the angular displacement (luffing angle) is converted into a linear displacement that is used as the input signal of the linear potentiometer through the cam mechanism. And then, the signal is converted into a corresponding voltage output signal that is the input of an electronic amplifier. The amplifier provides the proper current signal into hydro-electro proportional relief valve that ultimately controls the hoist mechanism pressure that is then adjusted according to the luffing angle to achieve overload protection. The key in the design procedure is to determine the profile of the cam through calculation and trial in order to use the angle signal as input signal of the open loop system and then to control the whole system pressure. The test shows that the overload protection system can solve the overload problem of the pile driver satisfactorily in the construction.
