摘　　要：南水北调中线工程河北段460多km,共与大小河沟200多条相交,有不少河沟交叉断面设计洪水需要采用面积比法计算.为此,对海河流域部分河流实测降雨洪水资料做了分析,得出了不同时段洪量的面积指数范围,为南水北调中线工程设计提供了依据.Hebei section on the Mid-route of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project is 460 km long and crosses more than 200 rivers and ditches. The area ratio method is necessary to be applied to the calculation of the design flood for many rivers. Therefore, the observed rainfall and the relevant flood data of some rivers in Haihe River basin are analyzed, with which the area index scales of the flood volumes in different periods are obtained, which provide the project design with a reasonable basis.
