摘  要:南水北调中线工程是国家一等供水工程,设计标准都很高,如大型建筑物按100年一遇洪水设计、300年一遇洪水校核,左右岸排水工程按50年一遇洪水设计、200年一遇洪水校核,渠道堤防工程按50年一遇洪水设计.中线总干渠沿线地形地质、水文气象复杂多变,在渠道设计的每个环节均应执行规范、坚持创新、精心设计.The Mid-route of the South-to-North Transfer Project is the national first-grade water supply project with high design standard. For example, the large scale structures are designed with 100years-flood and checked with 300years-flood,and the drainage projects designed with 50years-flood and checked with 300years-flood; furthermore, the embankments of the channel are designed with 50yeas-flood as well. As the geological and hydrological conditions along the channel are complicated, the design must be made with the specifications concerned strictly under the principle of “Persisting in technology innovation and enhancing project design level”.
