摘　　要：目的通过对胎儿脐带绕颈的超声图像表现和产后临床诊断结果进行对比分析,评价超声诊断脐带绕颈的价值。方法将1000例37～42孕周胎儿的超声检查结果与产后临床诊断进行对比分析。结果1000例胎儿中超声检出脐带绕颈的有211例,产后证实为脐带绕颈的为193例。脐带绕颈的发生率为19.3%,诊断准确率为91%。结论超声能准确诊断胎儿脐带绕颈,为临床医生制定治疗方案提供了可靠依据,有助于降低围产儿的死亡率。Objective To assess the diagnostic value of belly wrapped neck through analyzing the ultrasound image and diagnosis after birth. Methods 1000 cases of ultrasound results in 37～42 weeks pregnancy were compared with the diagnosis after birth and analyzed retrospectively. Results There were 211 cases of belly band wrapped neck in ultrasound and there were 193 cases were obtained after birth with the incidence rate of 19.3% and accuracy diagnostic rate was 91%. Conclusion The ultrasound could reach the accuracy diagnosis for belly band wrapped neck and could supply the treatment project for doctor with reliable data that might be helpful to decrease the neonate mortality.
