切花菊衰老过程中内源细胞分裂素的动态变化

摘　　要：采用酶联免疫技术,研究了切花菊“四季黄”内源细胞分裂素(CTK)的日动态及不同处理“四季黄”内源CTK的变化。结果表明:“四季黄”中至少存在2种CTK,即玉米素(Z)和异戊烯基腺苷(iPA)鸦CTK是调节切花菊衰老的主要因素;“四季黄”切花适宜采摘时间在清晨。By ELISA , the dynamic change daily of CTK in cutting chrysanthemum and its change after different treatments were measured. The result indicated there were two kinds of CTKs(Z and iPA ) in cutting chrysanthemum and CTK was the major factor affecting senescence. The best cutting time was in the morning.
