摘  要:用不同浓度维生素C溶液处理黄瓜种子和幼苗,结果表明:各处理对黄瓜幼苗质量和光合速率都有不同程度的影响。其中以维生素C液浓度40mg/L处理影响最大,使种子活力指数、幼苗下胚轴粗、幼苗根鲜重、茎叶鲜重和光合速率分别增加45.7%、25.4%、66.7%、30.0%和28.3%。Cucumber seedlings and seeds were treated by various concentrations of vitamin solution C.The results showed that different concentrations of the solution were with different influences in the quality and photosynthetic rate of cucumber seedling. The best effect was found in the treatment with the concentration of 40 mg/L and were the viability index of the seeds, the diameter of hypocotyl, the fresh weight of root, stem and leaf of seedlings and the photosynthetic rate increased by 45.7%,25.4%,66.7%,30.0% and 28.3% respectively.
