摘　　要：　系统的版本控制和自动更新功能对于管理信息系统(MIS)的开发和维护有重要的意义.使用PB可以将应用程序编译成动态库的形式,动态库中包含了相应库文件中编译好的代码.将MIS系统化分成多个模块,每个模块对应于一个PB应用库文件,开发人员发布整个应用程序时,只需分发包含该功能的动态库即可.建立一个专用数据表来记录系统的最新版本号.当系统有新的版本编译出来后,通过系统维护工具上传到服务器,并生成一个新的版本号,写入系统模块更新表.客户端的应用程序每次启动时首先将自己的版本号和服务器的版本号进行对比,如果客户端的版本低于服务器的版本,则下载,并自动升级.本方法为管理信息系统的升级和维护,提供了一个好的解决方案.Automatically version controlling and version upgrading are very important to MIS development and maintenance. The application program can be compiled to the dynamic base by PB, and the dynamic base contains compiled codes for the corresponding base document. So when the development persons release the whole application program, they can only release the dynamic base which contains corresponding functions and build up a special data sheet to record the latest version number of the system. When the newer version is compiled in the system, it can be uploaded to the server by system maintenance tools, and generate a new version number which will be written into the system block renew sheet. Each time when the client application program runs, it will first compare its own version number to the version number in the server. If its version number is lower, it will download, and upgrade automatically. This method provides a solution for Management Information System of large scale database to upgrade and maintain
