中草药治疗Alzheimer型老年性痴呆的基础与临床研究

摘　　要：应用中草药对符合国际诊断标准的26例Alzheimer型老年性痴呆(SDAT)治疗1疗程后,有效率为54％,20例对照组均无效。SDAT病例中血浆SS及ACTH浓度明显低于正常对照组,经Ⅰ号方治疗后SS浓度明显回升(P<0.01),ACTH浓度变有所回升(P<0.05)A composite recipe consisting of six Chinese herb medicines was used in the treatment of 26 cases of senile dementia of Alzheicr's type(SDAT). After a 12-week treatment course,5 cases(19. 2%) were markedly improved, 9 cases improved, 9 cases had no benefit, and 3 cases (11. 5%) deteriorated. In 18 cases with EEG follow-ups, EEC improvement matched the clinical improvement. SDAT patients had lower plasma levels of somatostatin (SS) and ACTH as compared to controls. After a course of treatment, plasma levels of SS were markedly elevated ( P <0. 01), while the rise of ACTH was less marked ( P <0. 05). The piasna levels of AVP,before and after treatment,were not significantly different from normal controls ( P >0. 005).
