摘　　要：应用小鼠神经母细胞瘤细胞无血清培养建立神经细胞老化模型,运用Fura2/AM染色结合计算机图像处理的方法观察神经细胞老化过程中不同时间细胞内Ca^(2+)动态变化过程。实验结果表明:随着培养时间增长,细胞内Ca^(2+)浓度增加,培养一天时细胞内Ca^(2+)浓度为104.8±21.9(±s),培养至21天时细胞内Ca^(2+)浓度变为130.8±29.6(P<0.01)。Serum-free culture of mouse neuroblastoma cell was used as the experimental model and the intracellular free calcium was studied as the index of neuronal aging. The results implied that the intracellular free calcium concentration increased progressively with prolonging of culture days.
