摘　　要：生育率下降、人口老龄化、家庭结构小型化等加速了我国农村养老保险的必要性和紧迫性。目前,我国农村养老保障存在诸多问题,如保障水平低、缺乏法制化的管理体制、没有保值增值的有效机制等。建立完善的农村养老保障制度。The decline in reproduction, the aging of population and the small scale of family are accelerating the necessity and urgency of old age care in China's rural areas. Nowadays, old age care in China's rural areas has arisen many problems. The old lead a poor standard life, the deficiency of the legal management system and the ineffective mechanisms of safeguarding and rising the funds. To establish perfect old age care system must stick to the principle that ensuring the basic living in rural old age should be suited to our national conditions.
