摘  要:图书馆工作的图情专业特征退化,行业“壁垒”的瓦解,是造成合并升本院校图书馆队伍质量偏低的直接原因。借办学层次提升之力,展开专业性核心服务,提高职业门槛,引进图情硕士生、双学位生,鼓励其他学科人员继续深造,重视科研提升专业素质的重要作用,是改变队伍学历的不足和学科偏差的治本之策。The professional weakening of books' information, the collapse of the professional advantages in the library are the direct causes to lower the librarian personnel quality in the combination and the forming the new university. By means of raising the college level, enlarging the core service of speciality, raising the entrance of professional education, employing personnel with master degree, or with two bachelor degrees in library, to encourage others to go further studies, to emphasize the importance of raising quality through conducting research are the key methods to change the staff with low professional quality and subjects going astray. Different campus with stable staff working in various time should be functioned to avoid side effect in staff's psychology as well as to inspire staff to work actively.
