摘　　要：面对二十一一世纪课程体系的改革,如何培养大学生的创新能力,搞好第二课堂,提高电子信息类大学生的创新素质,是一个有待于探讨的问题。This paper introduces the reform of curriculum system of new century, and how to cultivate the ability of innovation, improve the scientific activities, and develop the innovative quality of college students of electron and information.
