单病种住院费用及相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析单病种住院费用及主要影响因素,为控制医疗费用的不合理增长,加强医院的经济管理提供依据。方法资料来源于我院医院信息管理系统中病案编目子系统,应用SPSS10.0统计软件处理。结果3种疾病中,除不稳定型心绞痛外,其余疾病的住院费用均表现为药费所占比重大,检查费相对较低。性别、费别、入院时病情对人均费用均有明显影响。结论因此,应注意控制用药费用,以降低医疗费用。Objective To study major factors affecting hospitalization expens es with single diseases so as to provide a basis for controlling the irrational increases of medical expenses and strengthening economic management. Methods Dat e come from nosology ststem of hospital information managed systems and use SPSS 10.0 software. Results Medicinal expenses is most and examined cost is fewer in other two diseases except cardiopathy. Sex, kinds of charges and states of illne ss have infection on hospitalization expenses. Conclusion So we should control medicinal expenses to reduce medical expenses.
