摘　　要：目的　提出一个可供分离培养结核杆菌的简易血清琼脂斜面培养方法。方法　结核患者痰标本经除杂菌和浓缩处理后,同时接种本血清琼脂斜面培养基和Lowenstein Jensen鸡蛋培养基作对比试验。结果　10份直接涂片抗酸菌阳性标本,均在18～2 0d时在两种培养基上生长出肉眼可见的结核杆菌菌落,另2份直接涂片检查阴性的标本,未生长出结核杆菌。结论　本血清琼脂斜面培养基是一种简单、实用和对结核菌有选择性生长的培养基,不需特殊设备,适合城乡大小医院使用。Objective To develop a simple serum-agar slant m edium for cultivation and isolation of tubercle bacilli.Methods After decontamination and concentration,the patient′s sputum specimens were i noculated on both the serum-agar slant medium and Lowenstein-Jensen medium as a comparative experiment.Results Naked-eye viewable growth of Mycobacterium tuberculosis was found on both media with 10 specimens that acid -fast bacilli were found in direct smears in 18～20 days incubation,while no gr owth was seen on both media inoculated with other 2 specimens that acid-fast ba cilli were not found in direct smears;the results were caparable completely. Conclusion This serum-agar slant medium is a simple, practical and selective medium for cultivation and isolation of tubercle bacilli,it could be used in any type of hospitals in city or countryside.
