军队卫生装备研究现状与发展

摘　　要：近年来,军队卫生装备在综合集成技术、人机工程技术、生物医学工程材料技术、信息技术、先进设计与制造技术等共用技术和气体分离技术、膜分离与水处理技术、人机系统振动效应与评价技术、系统建模与功效评价技术、高分子材料改性与应用技术、人工智能技术等专用技术上,开展了系列研究,并形成了自己的特色。建立了卫生装备信息与系统工程、医用急救器材与包装工程、机动医疗平台技术与装备工作、医用分离技术与装备工程、医用电子技术与装备工程等5个分支学科。组建了全军野战卫生装备论证中心和国家生物防护装备工程技术研究中心等两个学科中心。经过几十年发展,军队卫生装备研究已逐步形成了以工为主,医、工、卫勤相结合的复合型科技队伍。作为军事生物医学工程重要组成部分,军队卫生装备研究将继续坚持以军事斗争需求为龙头,以生物医学技术工程化,构成卫勤保障物质手段为本质特征,以现有理论技术方法为基础,通过移植、杂交、创新、创造性地解决部队卫勤保障中的相关问题。继续在完成军队卫勤保障任务中稳定、完善学科取向,在研制卫生装备中深化学科建设,在发展中关注原创性关键技术研究,打造一流的科技队伍。In recent years, there were a series of research and development of military medical equipment in synthesis integration technology, man-machine project technology, bio-medical engineering material technology, information technology, advanced design and manufacture technology, gas separation technology, membrane separation and water treatment technology, man-machine system effect of vibration and appraisal technology, system modelling and effect appraisal technology, high polymer material modification and application technology and artificial intelligence technology. And there were five branch disciplines established including hygienic equipment information and systems engineering, medical first aid equipment and packing project, mobile medical platform technology and equipment project, medical separation technology and equipment project and medical electronic technology and equipment project. Entire armed forces field operation health equipment proof center and National biology protection equipment project engineering research center have been established. During several dozens years development, the research of military hygienic equipment has mainly been research of engineering technology, including medicine, engineering and medical service. As an important part of military bio-medical engineering, the research of military hygienic equipment will be the main item of military struggle needs and be basic of theory technical method. Through implant, hybrid and innovation, we will solve the related problem of army medical service safeguard. We will deepen discipline construction in the development health equipment and pay attention to essential engineering research. We will set up a first-class contingent of scientists.
