摘　　要：为了实现心电监护仅合理配置,本文在对2002年使用情况统计分析的基础上,确定了2003年心电监护仪台使用率量化指标,依此指标计算出科室及全院的需求数量,并建立了分散与集中管理相结合的管理模式。This paper analyse the user mode of heart monitor in 2002 to implement reasonable dispose for it .And fix the target of rate of utilization of heart monitor in 2003.Then calculate requirement in department and all the hospital by the quota ,and establish a management model of dispersion combine concentrate.
