对头痛患者足部反射区阳性反应的分析和探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨头痛与足部反射区阳性反应的关系。方法:对56例头痛患者作相关因素调查,并进行足部反射区检查。结果:头部器官在足部对应的反射区阳性反应最为明显;相关脏器对应的足部反射区也有异常变化。疲劳是头痛的主要诱因。足部反射区阳性反应与年龄、体质指数、头痛发作频率有关。结论:本次调查对于应用足部反射法防治头痛的选区、配区原则有一定的参考价值。Objective:To explore the relationship between headache and the positive reaction found in foot reflexes. Methods:The authors investigated related factors and examined foot reflexes of 56 headache patients. Results:Reflexes corresponding to main affected organs always showed up with outstand- ing positive reaction.In reflexes of some related organs,positive reaction could also be found at times. This study indicated that fatigue was a major inducing factor of headache.The results showed that positive reaction of the foot reflexes was related to age,body mass index(BMI) and frequency of headache occurrence. Conclusion:This research may help to select reflexes in the prevention and treatment of headache.
