下眼睑的应用解剖

摘　　要：在体视显微镜下解剖了３２侧成尸下眼睑，并观察其各层结构关系，同时观测了眼轮匝肌、睑板、眶隔和球下眶脂体等。指出老年人下睑皮肤、筋膜和眼轮匝肌松弛变性，加之下脸本身的重量是形成下睑袋和脸外翻的原因，而下睑成形术的关键是加强筋膜的力量，并认为睑板──骨膜缝合术优于其他种手术。本文还为下眼睑手术提供应用解剖学资料。y means of stereomicroscopy,the lower eyelids of 32 adult cadavers were dissected.The re-lationship of structures in each layer of lower eyelid was observed, The orbicular muscle of eye,the inferior tarsal plate,the orbital septum,the fat body of orbit were measured, The resultsdemonstrate that the flaccidity and degeneration of skin,fasia and orbicular muscle and theweight of the lower eyelid itself are the causes of tarsal bag and ectropion of lower eyelid in theaged.The purpose of blepharoplasty in these cases is to strengthen the fascia and the tarsal plate─periosteum suture is the best choice.
