角膜缘的显微解剖及其临床意义

摘　　要：采用成人尸体眼球１５只，观察了角膜缘的宽和厚及其主要结构间的距离。结果表明，小梁切除术体表最佳切口位于角膜缘后界之后０．６ｍｍ范围内。并结合临床讨论了体表切口位置与前房角结构的相互关系，同时为内眼手术提供了应用解剖学资料。By means of stereomicroscopy,the lower eyelids of 32 adult cadavers were dissected.The re-lationship of structures in each layer of lower eyelid was observed.The orbicular muscle of eye,the inferior tarsal plate,the orbital septum,the fat body of orbit were measured.The resultsdemonstrate that the flaccidity and degeneration of skin,fascia and orbicular muscle and theweight of the lower eyelid itself are the.causes of tarsal bag and ectropion of lower eyelid in theaged.The purpose of blepharoplasty in these cases is to strengthen the fascia,and the tarsal plate-periosteum suture is the best choice.
