摘  要:用自体或异体雪旺氏细胞植入Dacron管,移植修复大鼠坐骨神经缺损。术后7、15、30天取材进行光镜观察,见植入自体雪旺氏细胞组,再生轴突数与再生轴实恢复享均优于不植入雪旺氏细胞组和异体雪旺氏细胞组,与自体神经倒转回植组结果相近。实验表明:自体雪旺氏细胞植入到渗透作用好、无排斥反应的人造Dacron管中,同时加入自体血浆作营养支持物,对周围神经再生有较好的促进作用,可望有临床应用前景。Dacron tubes lined with autogenous Schwann cells(DZZ group)or allogenous Schwann cells(DZY group)were transplanted to repair peripheral nerve defect in rats,At 7,15 and 30 dayspostoperatively,the grafts were excised and made into sections to be observed under light micro-scope,The results show that both the total number and the recovery rate of the myelinated fibersin DZZgroup are superior to those in DZY group,and near those in the control(nerve grafting)group. The experiment suggests that the Dacron tube, lined with living Schwann cells can pro-vide regenerating nerves a suitable microenvironment and promote the nerve growth. The DZZgraft designed in this experiment may provide an application prospect in clinic.
