摘　　要：本研究考察了一种心理准备方法对择期性剖腹手术病人住院期间应激反应的影响。６０位病人被随机地分派到实验组（常规加心理准备），对照一组（只做常规准备）或对照二组（常规准备加健康教育）．结果表明，实验组病人术中恐惧，术中和术后疼痛以及痛苦与不适程度显著减轻，此组病人于手术前夜也显示了较对照组高的收缩压增长。在对病人手术前夜恐惧程度的测量中发现类安慰剂效应。This experimental study tested effects of a methed for psychologically Preparing surgicalpatients to actively cope with the stress of hospitalization and surgery. Sixty patients undergoingelective intra abdominal operations were randomly assigned to one of three groups:the experimentalgroup(routine plus psychological preparation);control l(routine preparation only); control 2(routine preparation plus health education).Results revealed that patients in the experimental groupreported significantly lower fear , pain and distress and discomfort than those in the control groups。The psychologically prepared patients,however , had greater systolic blood pressure increases the nightbefore operation compared to those in the control groups, Placebo like effects were revealed onmeasuresof fear the night before operation。
