摘　　要：全国有几十万个医学专科,其中优秀专科有上千个,但能达到卓越专科水平的仅占万分之一,只有几十个。作者从中选择了最具代表性之一的南京军区南京总医院全军肾脏病研究所进行了深入研究,发现她与其他卓越专科除了具有超常规发展的共同之处外,也不乏其鲜明的个性。本文从“中医治疗与西医诊断相结合”、“临床与基础研究相结合”、“内科治疗与外科移植相结合”、“专业技术与科室文化建设相结合”四个方面,重点介绍南京军区南京总医院全军肾脏病研究所超常规发展赢得品牌效益的经验,以便医院管理者和学科带头人从中领悟一些有益的东西。There are hundreds of thousands of medical specialty institutions in China, of which about one thousand are highly qualified, but only tens of them are really outstanding ones, accounting for merely one ten-thousandth of the total number. Explorations were made of one of the most representative medical specialty institutions-PLA Research Institute of Nephrology of Nanjing General Hospital of Nanjing Command, which revealed the distinctive characteristics of its own as well as its supernormal development that also features its counterparts. The present paper aims at expounding how this institute has achieved its supernormal development and fame effect by focusing on the following four aspects: combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine therapy with Western medicine diagnosis; combination of clinical practice with basic researches; combination of internal medicine treatment with surgical transplantation; combination of academic development with cultural construction. It is meant to be of some help to hospital administrators and specialty leaders.
