摘　　要：目的:促使军队医院科学发展,提高综合实力水平,增强竞争力,以适应军队卫生体制改革的需要。方法:采用文献回顾、专家咨询、层次分析等方法建立指标体系。结果:通过对全军各等级医院的现况分析,确定军队医院综合实力评价指标,量化各类指标,构建军队医院综合实力评价指标体系。结论:指标选择有代表性、指标权重合理,评价方法科学,为军队医院建设和发展提供导向依据。Objective: To promote the development of science in military hospitals, and increase their competence to meet the demand of reform of military health system. Methods: Establishing the system with document review, Delphi method, AHP method and so forth. Results: Determining the evaluation index of the military hospital comprehensive capabilities, quantifying indexes, and establishing the evaluation index system of the military hospital comprehensive capabilities through the analysis of status quo. Conclusions: The indexes are typical. The weights are reasonable. Evaluating methods are scientific. This will provide evidence to the construction and development of the military hospitals.
