摘　　要：通过对我国城市医疗服务系统的回顾性研究,对城市医疗服务系统进行界定和发展阶段划分;在对我国城市医疗服务系统资源结构现况系统性分析的基础上,发现我国城市医疗服务系统内在的结构性矛盾;结合城市医疗服务系统的发展和资源结构现况,提出我国城市医疗服务系统资源结构的发展趋势是以科学理论为指导、基于人群健康、以社区医疗卫生服务为主体的新型资源结构。Define and find the development stage of the Urban Medical Delivery System through the review study. By analyzing the resource structure of Urban Medical Delivery System, the author find the inside structural contradiction, and predict that its developing trend should be a new resource structure based on the public health and focused on the community medical service.
