东莞市正常儿童头发中微量元素含量参考值的研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨东莞市区幼儿园3～7岁学龄前正常儿童头发中微量元素含量均值,以此作为东莞市区儿童头发中微量元素正常参考值。方法　采取在群体自愿参加者中,选出经体检无重要脏器病变,营养一般,身高、体重在均值以上(称正常儿童)。在枕后贴发根部剪0 5g头发检测其锌、铁、钙、铜、锰、铅元素含量。结果　在112 5例受检儿童中(称普查儿,占适龄儿95 % )。筛选出62 .1例儿童,占总受检儿童的5 5. 2 %。这62 .1例正常儿中,他们头发中锌、铁、钙、铜、锰、铅元素的含量分别为:93 . 473 μg/g、2 9 .710 μg/g、779 .5 0 μg/g、9 .773 μg/g、3 . 2 2 2 μg/g、9 2. 5 1μg/g。结论　检测的结果显示,2 0 0 3年东莞市区正常儿童与2 0 0 3年普查儿童相比,正常儿童发中微量元素含量明显升高,但差异无统计学意义。2 0 0 3年东莞市正常儿童发中微量元素均值与广州市正常儿童相比,显著低于广州市正常儿童。由此可见,正常儿童发中微量元素含量均值受地域影响而有较大差异。东莞市区儿童发中微量元素含量应参照东莞市正常儿童发中微量元素含量均值较为合理。Objective To discuss the contents of children′s hair trace elements in Dongguan city from 3 to 7 years old of preschool children. Methods we have measured the contents of trace elements such as zinc, iron, calcium, copper, manganese and lead from 0.5 g of child hair in the group of children without any organ diseases, in an average nutritious condition and their heights, body weight were also above the average level selected from the volunteer group that no bad habits such as no special priority for foods taking as normal children. Results 621 cases, accounting for 55.2%, from 1125 children were selecred.The contents of zinc, iron, calcium, copper, manganese and lead were 93.47, 29.71,9.773, 3.222 and 9.251 (μg/g) respectively.The results showed that the contents of trace elements good for health such as zinc, iron, calcium, copper, manganese and lead in those tested children (including tested and normal groups of children) of Dongguan in 2003 have apparently elevated than that ten years ago.Meanwhile the harmful element, lead,was decreased.In comparison of the tested and normal children of Dongguan city in 2003, the contents of trace elements in normal group have obviously increased but no significant difference in statistics.Compared the average contents of those hair trace elements of children in Dongguan with that in Guangzhou, the contents in the former group were quite lower than that in the later normal group. Conclnsions There was a great influence on the contents of hair trace elements varied from geographic regions.The outcome is that the reference values of hair trace elements in children in Dongguan city based on the local standards of Dongguan is reasonable.
