摘 要:介绍了以对氯苯胺和三光气为原料合成对氯苯异氰酸酯的研究。重点讨论了溶剂、反应时间、原料配比、反应温度和缚酸剂等对合成工艺的影响。研究表明:以1,2二氯乙烷为溶剂,反应时间为4.5h,三光气∶对氯苯胺=1∶2(摩尔比),反应温度为75~82℃,对氯苯异氰酸酯的收率可达81%。Chlorophenyl isocyanate was obtained with triphosgene and p-chloroaniline. Factors such as the solvent,reaction time, mole ratio of raw materials, reaction temperature and acid-capture on process were also studied. The optimal reaction conditions are as follows:the solvent is 1,2-dichloroethane,n(triphosgene)∶ n(p-chloroaniline)=1∶2,and the reaction is carried out at 75~82℃ for 4.5 h,the yield of 4-chlorophenyl isocyanate can be reached 81%.
