1139例麻风病的疗效分析

摘　　要：1139例麻风用MDT。新PB 223例,治疗半年时间治愈42例(18.8％),142例有效(63.7％);治疗1年治愈116例(52％),102例有效(45.7％)。用过其它治疗的PB 240例,用MDT半年和1年时,治愈数分别为98例(40.8％)和182例(75.8％),有效数分别为131例(54.6％)和54例(22.5％)。单用DDS愈后复发的PB21例,用MDT半年和1年时,治愈分别为0和7例(33.3％)。用MDT2年,新MB病人181例中,治愈39例(21.6％),有效127(70.2％);用过其它治疗的MB 319例中,治愈142(44.5％),有效148(46.4％);单用DDS愈后复发的MB 155例中,治愈35例(22.6％),有效94(60.7％)。作者建议,对PB的疗程应延长到1年;对MB,若治疗2年仍无明显好转者,可再用DDS加RFP治疗到细菌阴转,或延长1年;对所有DDS治愈复发者,均按MB方案治疗。After six months of MDT,among 223 new PB leprosy cases 42 were cured and 142 improved,and out of 240 PB cases who had been treated with DDS or DDS plus RFP 98 were cuted and 131 improved.After one years,among both the new and the treated PB cases the cured and improved ones were 116 and 102 respectively,and seven out of 21 relapsed cases after DDS monotherapy were cured.After two years,39 out of 181 new MB cases,142 out of 319 DDS treated MB cases and 35 out of 155 relapsed after DDS monotherapy were cured,and improved ones were 127,148 and 94 respectively.Therefore,three suggestions are put forward.1,The course of MDT for PB cases should be one year.2,MB cases should be treated untill skin,smear became negative if no significant improvement after completion of two-year MDT.3,All of the relapsed after DDS monotherapy should be treated with MB regimen of MDT.
