摘  要:采用分光光度法测定银杏叶和银杏叶提取液中总黄酮含量,并对测定条件、干扰因素进行研究.黄酮含量在8~80μg/mL范围内服从比耳定律,回归方程A=11.5602C+0.0085,相关系数r=0.9999,实验测得银杏叶中黄酮含量为1.47%;直接使用70%乙醇热浸取银杏叶,银杏叶提取液中黄酮浓度为600μg/mL,最大提取率为89.12%.Total flavonoids in Ginkgo leaves and its extractive solution were determined by Spectrophotometry . We studied the conditions of determination and the factors of interference.Regression equation was A=11.560 2C + 0.008 5,correlation coefficient r=0.9999,linear range of obeying Bill law :8~80 μg/mL.Content of total flavonoids in Ginkgo leaves was 1.47%.The leaves immerged simply in the 70% alcohol,their best extractive ratio achieved 89.12%.Concentration of extractive solution was 600 μg/mL.
