摘  要:北京中关村科贸中心工程基坑占地约1.7万m2,基底深20m,水文地质和周边条件复杂。基础施工采用自渗为主、抽水为辅、抽渗结合的方案,利用管井和渗井相结合进行基坑降水,既满足了结构施工阶段无水作业的要求,又达到了保护地下水资源、保障周边建筑物稳定并防止地面沉降的效果。In Beijing Zhongguancun Science, Technology and Trade Center Project, the foundation pit has a plot area of about 17,000 m2 and a depth of 20 m with complicated hydro-geological and surrounding conditions. A combined dewatering plan, i.e. mainly by seepage, complementarily by pumping, was adopted in the foundation construction and pit water was drained away by the combination of pipe well with seepage well. It can not only meet the dry operation requirement in structural construction stage but may also protect underground water resource, ensure the stability of the surrounding buildings and prevent ground settlements.
