摘  要:北京兰华大厦为劲性混凝土结构,采用劲性混凝土柱作为结构主要受力构件,尤其斜向劲性柱,其体量及施工难度大。因此,施工中针对具体情况,采用相应施工方法,有效地解决了劲性混凝土构件、斜向混凝土构件、超长独立柱的施工难题,并通过对钢结构吊装焊接、钢筋绑扎控制、模板设计、混凝土浇筑工艺的认真实施,使施工顺利完成,收到了预期效果。Beijing Lanhua Mansion is of stiffened concrete structure, in which stiffened concrete columns are adopted as main load bearing structure. In particular, the construction of tilted stiffened column of big volume is a hard task. Therefore, according to the different construction conditions, correspondent methods are taken so as to resolve effectively such construction difficulties as stiffened concrete components, tilted concrete members, independent super-long column and etc. By carefully carrying out the technologies of weld and erection of steel structure, control of steel bar binding, formwork design and placement of concrete, construction has been completed smoothly and anticipated effect achieved.
