摘 要:综述了植物上存在的冰核细菌(INA细菌)种类与分布、影响冰核活性的成冰因素、INA细菌诱发植物霜冻机理的研究进展,重点介绍了杏INA细菌种类、活性及其年消长规律,阐述了INA细菌的存在对杏花器官组织结构、内源激素和可溶性蛋白含量的影响及INA细菌加重杏花晚霜冻害的特点,以及初步报道了应用筛选出的几种药剂在试验室内杀灭杏INA细菌及破坏冰核活性的研究结果。并对今后防御杏晚霜冻害的研究与应用进行了展望。This paper introduces the species and distribution of ice nucleation active bacteria (INA bacteria), factors affecting ice nucleation activity of INA bacteria and mechanism of inducing and aggravating frost injury to plants by INA bacteria. Moreover, this review focus specially on the species, ice nucleation activity and seasonal population evolution of INA bacteria in apricot. The influences of INA bacteria are also reviewed on the tissue structure, hormone and soluble protein content of apricot floral organs, and characteristics that INA bacteria aggravate frost injury of apricot. This paper also reports the results obtained in laboratory with several selected batericide that kills INA bacteria and destroys ice nucleation activity, the research focus in frost injury to apricots and it's defense are discussed.
