桃、李种间远缘杂交亲和性研究

摘　　要：利用荧光显微镜和石蜡切片研究桃、李种间远缘杂交的亲和性。结果表明,以桃为母本,李为父本进行杂交,其受精率和结实率均为3%左右。授粉后李的花粉粒在桃的柱头上萌发基本正常,花粉管在进入花柱中部以前生长正常,之后生长缓慢发育受阻,大多数花粉管不能进入子房,致使无法受精,这是桃、李杂交不亲和、结实率低的主要原因。Distant hybridization compatibility between peach [Primus persica (L.)Batschj and plum(P. salicina Lindl.) was studied with a fluorescent microscope and paraffin slice method. The results showed that the fertilization rate and fruit set rate were about 3% when peach used as female parent. Plum pollen germinated normally on the stigmas of peach. Pollen lubes developed slowly after they got the middle of style, most of them couldn' t get to the ovule and fertilized. This is the main reason of incompatibility between peach and plum.
