摘  要:在对传统的双向电泳方法进行改进和优化的基础上,探索适合花生早期幼胚蛋白质双向电泳的方法与体系;利用该方法经考染后能稳定得到100~200个分散性较好的蛋白质斑点,分子量多集中在20 000~90 000之间.还对一些技术细节进行讨论和分析.Based on the traditional method of O' Farrell, a improved procedure of two-dimensional gel electrophoresis was introduced.It was proved that the analysis of protein from early young peanut embryo was reliable.With the improved method,100~200 protein spots in good distribution were obtained and molecular weights of the proteins were around the range of 20 000~90 000. The results from it was stable and distinct.Some discussion about the details of procedure was also presented in this paper.
