摘　　要：本文阐述了宽厚板厂基础自动化系统的组成和主要功能。宝钢5 m宽厚板基础自动化级采用西门子S7-40 0系列产品,分四级计算机控制:基础自动化级(L 1 )、过程控制级(L 2 )、生产控制级(L3 )和生产管理级(L4)。四级计算机自动控制方式实现了自板坯上料的开始跟踪、加热、轧制、剪切精整、热处理、涂漆等全套工序的自动设定、操作控制和生产记录。从而有力地保证了工艺设备的最佳状态、轧制能力的充分发挥及优良的产品质量。This article makes a description of basic automation system of Heavy Plate Mill with respect to the composition and main functions,Siemens S7-400 series of automation equipment is adopted in basic automation level of Baosteel 5 m heavy plate mill,which is controlled by 4-level computer system:i.e.basic automation level(L1),process control level(L2),production control level(L3) and production administration level(L4),With 4-level computer control method,automatic setting for the complete processes,such as tracking,reheating,rolling of slabs shearing,finishing,heat treatment,painting,operation control and production recording,etc.is realized,thus fully ensuring the optimal status of process equipment,bringing rolling capacity full play and excellent product quality.
