摘　　要：妊娠期高血压疾病是妊娠期特有的疾病,病因至今未明确。多项研究提示包括个体基本因素、孕产史因素及遗传因素等诸多因素可能是妊娠期高血压疾病妇女孕前存在的高危因素。Hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy is a complication specifi cally occurred in pregnancy. Its etiology has not been determined yet till now. Many recent studies in domestic and abroad shown that individual basic factors, history fact ors of pregnancy and delivery, and genetic factors may be the pre-pregnancy high-ris k factors of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.
