摘　　要：瘦素是由肥胖基因编码的一种分泌型的蛋白质,其作用主要在于调节体重、脂肪和能量代谢。青春期的发动需要一定量的体重或是体脂的贮存,瘦素可能是脂肪组织发出的给生殖系统一种特殊的代谢信号。现就瘦素与肥胖及青春期发育关系的研究进展作以综述。Leptin is a secretory protein encoded by obese gene, which plays role in reg ulating weight, fat and energy metabolisms. The initiation of puberty re quires certain amount of body weigh or body fat stored. Leptin may be a special metabolism signal fatty tissue sends to the reproductive system. Th is paper reviewed concerning researches and progress in research on relationship of leptin with obesity and puberty development.
