摘  要:针对番茄青枯病,采用平板稀释分离法,用NA平板分离了健康番茄在苗期、花期、初果期和盛果期,根表、根际、根围和非根际等不同部位样品中的细菌,并分析其数量的动态变化和各生育期的根际效应。同时测定优势菌和番茄青枯菌之间是否存在拮抗关系,鉴定优势菌。结果表明,无论在哪个生育期,番茄根际土中细菌数量都远大于其他部位的细菌数;根表细菌数量也多于根围及非根际样品中的细菌数量。从鉴定结果看,优势细菌种类无论是在不同部位样品间还是在不同生育期都大体相同,没有表现出明显的动态变化。番茄对细菌数量上的根际效应在盛果期值最大。试验中获得番茄青枯菌的拮抗菌株16株。Dominant bacterial populations and Ralstonia aolanacearum-inhibiting bacteria were isolated from the root-distributing area and rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere of healthy tomato plants at their seedling, flowering, initial fruiting and full fruiting stages to study the dynamic changes in their quantity. In all the growth stages, the quantity of rhizospheric bacteria was larger than that in other regions of the soil and was larger on the root surface than in the (non-)rhizosphere. Dominant bacterial populations remained the same throughout the growth stages and in various regions of the soil, showing no obvious dynamic changes. Rhizespherical effect (R/S) of tomato was the highest at the full-fruiting stage. Sixteen strains that inhibited R. aolanacearum were obtained.
