摘 要:采用径向钻孔、轴向剥离的爆破方案,拆除了发电引水洞钢筋混凝土衬砌,并重新浇筑混凝土。本文论述了该工程爆破设计方案与技术参数,施工中应注意的问题,并针对该工程爆破开挖与混凝土浇筑交错施工的具体情况,重点分析了爆破对新浇混凝土强度的影响及采取的措施。震动监测表明,爆破对发电引水洞的震动影响未超过国家安全标准,对新浇混凝土的振速实测值仅为0.2cm/s,洞体结构是安全的。The paper introduced a particularly blasting demolition project in which the lining layer reinforced concrete in water diversion tunnel was removed and then rebuilt with pouring concrete.Drilling hole along radial direction and striping along axis were taken in the blasting program.The paper discussed the design parameters and problems that may occur in the construction.Because blasting and excavating and rebuilding were conducted simultaneously the influence produced by the blasting on the intensity of the newly reinforced concrete and its countermeasures were also discussed in detail.Vibration monitoring showed that with the timely measured vibration velocity of the new concrete being at 0.2 cm/s,the vibration intensity produced by the blasting did not go beyond the limits of national safety standard.
