摘  要:溢洪道堰面受水流长期冲刷出现裂缝,为此需用爆破方法剥离40cm厚的一层钢筋混凝土。通过试验,取得了合理的爆破参数。对于飞石,采取了覆盖、挡墙、包裹等有效的防护措施;对于爆破震动,采取了控制单响药量、开挖先锋槽、孔底柔性垫层以及设置隔震孔等减震技术措施,将质点峰值振速控制在3cm/s以下,保证了闸墩、闸门、启闭机操作系统的安全。Subjected to long-time erosion of river stream the weir surface of spillway has been cracked.For this reason,a reinforced concrete layer with a thickness of 40cm had to be removed through blasting method. This paper presented the reasonable blasting parameters through trial blasting. Some effective measures,such as covering,sheltering and wrapping,were used to prevent the flying rocks. For decreasing blasting vibration,the technique measures,such as control of maximal charge mass per delay interval,excavation of pilot ditch,buffering pad at hole bottom and vibration-isolated holes,were taken in the operation.As the peak particle vibration velocity was controlled less than 3cm/s the gate pier and the headstock gear's control system were in safety.
