直肠癌术后局部复发患者的治疗及护理体会

摘　　要：目的:观察了解直肠癌术后局部复发患者的心理状况、复发的时间、治疗及护理对策,避免因造口而引起生活质量下降。方法:回顾性分析我院近5a来收治的5 2例直肠癌手术后局部复发病人的临床资料,总结护理经验。结果:5 2例患者复发时间为4个月72个月,平均2 5 .6个月。复发部位主要是吻合口、盆腔和手术切口,多见于腺癌、黏液腺癌、印戒细胞癌和DukesC期病人。结论:充分了解直肠癌病人复发的心理状态,根据不同病理类型多渠道着手积极开展治疗及心理护理,对降低并发症、提高病人的生活质量有重要的意义。Objective The study was designed to investigate the postoperative rectal cancer patients’mental states,recurrent time of tumor,corresponding therapies and nursing,who suffered the recurrence,to relieve the adverse effects of artificial anus on their life standards.Methods A retrospectiv e analysis was conducted based on the Clinlcal information of 52 recurrent rectal cancer cases in the past 5 years in our hospital to draw some lessons out of the nursing experience.Results 52 patients were caught by recurrence from 4 to 72 months after their rectal operation,with an average 25.6-month recurrant time.The recurrences were mostly located at anastomosis.pelvis and operative incision and more likely to happen to patients with rectal mucous adenocarcinoma,signet-ring cell carcinoma or primary tumor of Dukes'C.Conclusions When it comes to preventing complications and improving patlents life standards,it is clearly important to make sure the patients' mental states and conduct combined therapies and psychological nursing in terms of their pathological group.
