摘  要:通过无皂乳液聚合得到了N-异丙基丙烯酰胺和丙烯酸的无规共聚物微凝胶,用电导仪测定了该微凝胶的表面羧基含量,用分光光度计测定了水凝胶溶液透光率在不同pH值和温度条件下的变化。结果表明,该微凝胶表面羧基含量随着聚合反应中丙烯酸质量分数的增加而增大;微凝胶表面羧基含量直接影响微凝胶的环境敏感性。Microgel is widely applied due to its upstanding characters such as better biocompatibility, biodegradation, low toxicity and sensitive to physical and chemical microenvironment.In this work,a group of pH-temperature sensitive crosslinked poly( N -isopropylacrylamide-co-acrylic acid) (PNIPAM/AAc) microgels were synthesized by surfactant-free emulsion polymerization. The reaction was carried out with N,N′ -methylenebis(acrylamide) crosslinking agent and K 2S 4O 8 as initiator.The amounts of surface —COOH of microgel particles were measured.When the mass fraction of AAc was 0,5%,10%,15%, the amount of surface —COOH of microgel particles was 0.242 1,1.062 3,1.813 8 mmol/g,respectively. The results indicated that the amount of surface —COOH of microgel particles increased with the mass fraction of AAc. The prepared microgel suspensions were dried on a plate at room temperature,and then analyzed by atom force micro-scopy.
